Can't really remember whether I finished this or not. A bit of a slog.

(This review might contain spoilers so don't read it if you haven't read the other books in the series.) Again I really liked this book, the fifth in the succubus series even if I liked it less than the other books. I couldn't give 5 stars because I have to confess that I was a little disappointed. I had high expectations for this book before I started it because I loved the end of the previous books (Succubus Heat). Seth and Georgina are still not together and Seth is ready to marry Maddie and Roman is going to be Georgina's roomate. How cool is that? I really like Seth don't get me wrong he is perfect. Maybe too perfect but I was really getting tired of his relationship with Georgina and of their mutual attraction even if they are not together. And Roman was my favorite character in the first book and I was so happy to see that he was back in the fourth book. I was disappointed because even if Roman is sweet Georgina clearly can't get over Seth. Roman and her are closer but I expected so much more ! But also I found that in this book there was less actions. A huge part of the book Georgina is kept in a sort of dream state by Oneroi (the offsprings of Nyx who wanted to get revenge). During that part Georgina wans't in "the real world" and once again I wanted her back so that her relationship with Roman could evolve. But on the other hand this part was also really interesting because we get to see moments from her past. And I love that part in books when a character is immortal and we discover his/her past. I didn"t like the end. I'm afraid of the next book. It's the last one in the series so I really have hight expectations for this book and i'm also afraid that it'll be always the same now that she is with him again. I was also a little disappointed because now that Roman was back I was expecting to learn more about the Nephilim. Maybe in the next book...
