Harika bir okuma. Bunun bir klasik olduğuna şaşmamalı. :)
I love Beth Moore and was totally excited when I found out she had a new study on Esther! Esther is one of my favorite books in the Bible. The things she highlights and focuses on make you take a good look at yourself. The fears and expectations that we have on us as Women, are still the same ones that Esther faced. I love how she points out that even though God isn't mentioned anywhere in the book, you can see His hand throughout the whole story. I definitley learned new things and found things that I had never seen before. I recommend it highly to any woman that needs to be encouraged and uplifted. The videos that go along with the studies are great too!
read in 2003. Nice and scary!
THIS IS AMAZING
I loved this book. The only reason for four stars is that I can't truly live by the principles: they're prescriptive and fairly rigid. However, the overall ideas are fantastic, and it's the best book on nutrition (prescriptive, anyway) that I've read. Her approach is all about keeping blood sugar levels as even as possible: have a protein with your carbs, keep carbs in moderation (not Atkins "moderation"), and don't take any stimulants. All about not raising insulin levels, avoiding avoidable diseases, and being healthy.
