Hayatım boyunca bu kitabın 50 tek sayfasını geçemedim. İçeriği takdir ediyorum ama sadece benim fincan çayım değil.
Başka bir romantizm romanı.
Normally I am not a huge manga fan, but I loved this one and can't wait to read the next 2 volumes. Uzumaki is set in a small Japanese village that happens to be haunted by spirals. Spiral patterns are appearing in all kinds of strange places, and driving almost everyone in the town crazy. You wouldn't think that this idea would be that scary, but it is very creepy in a Lovecraft-meets-the-Ring kind of way. My favorite chapter is the one in which spirals start haunting the hair of the main charater (a high school girl) and one of her friends -- they do battle with their hair! It is bizarre and amazing. Compared to most manga of the Shojo Beat/Shonen Jump variety, this series is actually very well-drawn. Maybe horror manga is the way to go.
Not necessarily a book you can't put down but a worthwile read.
