This is one of those books that I deliberately read slowly....because I didn't want it to end. It made me laugh, it made me cry and it made me celebrate the fact that I'm a woman who's ever-evolving, just like Nora. Like so many books, movies, and television shows, I thoroughly enjoyed being able to envision her living in Manhattan. I could picture her picking out produce at Zabar's or getting a manicure on the Upper East Side. Her humor is timeless and hilarious, so much so that it actually makes me look forward to getting older. She reminds you that no matter what life puts in front of you, whether it's a dangerously undercooked artichoke or a sudden divorce (again) it's okay to turn the other way and simply smile.
It was nice to have a little Harry Potter to read again. I love how JK put in the commentary by Dumbledore. It was definitely worth the money and I'm glad to know proceeds are going to charity. That makes me really happy! Anyone who loves HP should definitely pick this one up!
